Our Mission and How We Run Our Real Estate Team
Our mission
Our title is Las Vegas, Nevada real estate salesman or Realtors. Definitions for real estate salesman and Realtors:
Merriam-Webster defines a real estate salesman as, one who sells real estate in a given territory, in a store, or by telephone. By law, real estate professionals are called salesman or brokers. Hence, the problem.
Many salesman are trained to be persuasive hunters. Salesman and customers relationship is adversarial by default. A salesman is trained to hunt for customers and turn them into cash by breaking through customers resistance to buy something. However, this does not fit the duties of a real estate agent, especially a buyer's agent or Realtor. Selling the property is the listing real estate agent's or Realtor's job and current sales techniques fail at that too.
We disagree with the whole concept
We believe that our job is to start you on the correct path toward concluding a successful real estate deal, identify the issues involved in your particular real estate deal and advice on how to resolve them. If you are a buyer, We will find you the right property, make sure that you leverage all your assets to gain the best deal and assist you in the negotiation process. We will advice sellers about how to sell their property quickly and at a fair market price. We also will coordinate between all principals in your deal while the property is in escrow, and party with you when we are done. We are not sure which part involves being a salesman.
Our main job is to identify and filter all the relevant data about your real estate deal and transfer them to you in a user friendly manner
We run our team like an engineering firm and are great problem solvers
Most of the problems in real estate stem from buyer’s and seller’s ignorance of correct real estate practices and this is evidenced by tens of thousands of foreclosed homes and condos that are available for sale in Las Vegas, Henderson and North Las Vegas. Many major Las Vegas projects have run into financial problems also.
Who represents you makes a difference. Our mission is to guide and protect you throughout your real estate transaction
All individuals are unique and we treat every customer's needs as a unique problem to that individual and try to come up with a good solution for that unique problem. We detest one solution that fits all.
We will not betray your trust.
You are much more than a dollar sign to us. When you contact us, all we see is someone who decided to trust us with the potentially largest investment of their life, and we will not betray the trust invested in us, period.
- We will guide you through the buying and selling real estate process in Las Vegas and the market trends for your desired property
- We will find you properties that are the best fit for your criteria
- We will not show you properties based on commission paid to us, we will only show you properties that benefit you the most
- Hyping a property is strictly forbidden. Just the facts, Jack
- Sellers have started to offer exuberant bonuses to buyer's agent with full price offers, if we see this in a listing, be sure that we will low ball them.
- We do not accept any money for referring our customers to anyone. Any referral fee that is due to us in connection to your deal will be paid to you as a discount.
Bottom line is that we have earned our way to be eminently qualified to help you and our ethics surpass the law. After all, we designed the Las Vegas homes, condos and commercial real estate web-site from scratch.
