The Information in the Greater Las Vegas Multiple Listing Service or MLS Market Snapshot comes from the Greater Las Vegas Realtor Association. The Market Snapshot provides detailed information about Las Vegas homes, condos, high-rise condos and townhomes that have sold, are currently listed for sale or houses and condos that are under contract but not yet closed (pending sales) and cancelled or expired listings. Market Snapshot provides you with the following information.

1. Real-time data on homes or condos that are  similar to yours that are available for sale or have sold recently in your area.
2. How long it took to sell homes or condos that are similar to yours in the neighborhood as well as days on the market averages for homes and condominiums in your area.
3. Volume comparisons of recent sales, new listings for sale and total listings. Market Snapshot also compares the percentages of the asking price vs. selling price for recent homes or condo sales.
4.  High price, low price, average and median prices for homes or condos that have recently sold or are currently for sale.
5. Road map, satellite and hybrid pictures of the home or condo and birds eye view of the property.
6. School tab provides you with the name, contact info and much more data for nearby schools.
7. Data for Las Vegas homes and condos market comes from Las Vegas MLS exclusively. For sale by owners or new home builder's data are not included.
